论文要求：
字数3500字之内；凡被录用稿件可在CNKI刊登并查询；在优秀论文中评选出一、二、三等奖，并颁发荣誉证书；会刊中摘录刊登；列入会刊（包括作者照片）光荣榜；特等奖作品有论坛演讲机会；推荐到其它相关刊物发表机会。
