一等奖论文:膳食纤维在控糖食品中的应用

摘 要:运用膳食纤维营养特性,通过科学配方和创新制作工艺,得到膳食纤维组合。并利用传统药食两用成分:苦瓜、黄精、山药、枸杞、金银花、茯苓、桑叶、葛根、沙棘等,结合现代营养学成果:维生素及微量元素的有机结合,并以大众喜闻乐见的即食谷物为载体。研发出一款高膳食纤维产品,经过严格动物试验,证明具有显著改善高血糖小鼠血糖水平的作用。

Abstract:Using the nutritional characteristics of dietary fiber, through scientific formula and innovative production process, the combination of dietary fiber was obtained. And using traditional medicinal and edible ingredients: bitter gourd, polygonatum, yam, wolfberry, honeysuckle, Poria, mulberry leaves, Pueraria Montana, Hippophae rhamnoides, etc. , combine modern nutrition, the organic combination of vitamins and micronutrient, with ready-to-eat cereals as the carrier. We have developed a high dietary fiber product, which has been proved to be effective in improving the blood glucose level of human body through rigorous animal tests.

糖尿病是一组因胰岛素绝对或相对分泌不足和(或)胰岛素利用障碍引起的碳水化合物、蛋白质、脂肪代谢紊乱性疾病,以高血糖为主要标志。典型临床表现为“三多一少”,即多饮、多尿、多食和体重下降,以及血糖高、尿液中含有葡萄糖等,病程久可引起多系统损害,导致眼、肾、神经、心脏、血管等组织器官的慢性进行性病变、功能减退及衰竭,病情严重或应激时可引起急性严重代谢紊乱。是导致心脑血管疾病、死亡、截肢、失明、肾功能衰竭和心力衰竭的重要原因。
